Tasted my dad's special flour concoction on a variety of subjects condemned to be deep fried, aside from the usual suspects of bananas, xiang jiaos and pisangs.

Must say that the sweet potato and yam slices tasted real great, almost like eating the crackers that are made from them. Crunchy to the bite and the fragrant aroma (comes with a guilty conscience) of the deep fried decadent snack hits you about the same time when the morsel of sweet potato melts away in your mouth once the crisp outer layer disintegrated away in crisp ecstasy.

Yummy!! Gonna hit the gym for extra sessions next week to work out more all 'allowance' for future indulgence! Hoohah!

Swan Brand Banana Fritter/Goreng Pisang Flour Mix

Hello to all banana fritters, a.k.a Goreng Pisang lovers and sellers. I'm starting a mini business project on behalf of my beloved dad who has over the years, perfected the flour mix to churn into the batter used in the making of the popular local snack - Goreng Pisang or Banana Fritter.
